We used 16” and 24” flask vases that were filled with clear cello and then topped off with some water. This gave the look of ice, plus it waited the vases down. The decorations in the top were placed in green oasis covered in a silver foil and some cello. That sat in the top of the vase like a plug. Then we stuck in the white ostrich plumes and green fern (all hand picked by me and my 9 year old son) . Also in the top were some salal leaves, some sparkly silver ting ting, and the beautiful stars of course. They were a joy to create and with the help of a local florist Lori Goldrup of A Bird of Paradise Florist it all came together.
